SEMILLON produces France's most famous and revered sweet wines, as well as some of the greatest dry white wines in Australia. Sweet wine made from Semillon can have many flavors, particularly apricot, peach, mango, nectarine, citrus, and nut and honey. Perhaps the wine's most remarkable feature is its silken texture.
PAIRS WITH pear and roquefort tarts, grilled mussels, grilled squid, parmesan crusted scallops, and fish in hollandaise sauce.
