Muscadet

MUSCADET is a dry white wine from the French region of Muscadet, which is lies close to the Atlantic on the western end of the Loire Valley. The specific grape that is grown and used to make Muscadet wines is the cold hardy, early-ripening grape, Melon de Bourgogne. Typically, Muscadet is light-bodied, bone dry and paired most frequently with a favorite French staple, fresh seafood.
