Fish: Mild Flavor or in a Lemon Sauce
If the fish is naturally light in flavor (such as Sole or Snapper) and the sauce does not change this characteristic, then we recommend a lighter wine such as a Sauvignon Blanc.
If the fish is served with a significant lemon flavor, then Sauvignon Blanc and Vinho Verde are especially recommended. Try to stay away from a Chardonnay because the citrus in the lemon with clash with this wine's full flavors.
