Picture a bridge, spicy chicken dish. Perhaps a chicken breast rolled up with the bridge, smoky Gouda cheese and spicy chiles inside.​

To my great surprise the answer is Cabernet seven y'all. While I never would have thought about a With chicken, it was indeed the right answer to go with this fish during our last dinner party.
