BORDEAUX is typically a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. More rarely, the wines are made exclusively from one of these grape varieties. These are full-bodied, powerful wines with aromas and flavors of black currants, ceder, a touch of earthiness or leather. The wines tend to be high in tannin and can age for a long time.
