BAROLO, like Barbaresco and several other Italian wines, is made from the Nebbiolo grape. The wines are full-bodied and powerful yet elegant, with aromas of violet, rose petal, cheery, truffle, and tar. 

Barolo is one the longest-aging Italian wines and requires several years of aging to start expressing its full potential.
